I'm sure that many of you have no idea who this young man is that is a Veteran who served with the Marines in Iraq and Afghanistan. His name is Stephen Cochran. He is an up and coming country singer. He was wounded while he was driving through Kandahar. He was thrown 120 feet and landed on another vehicle and he broke his back. He had surgery at Vanderbilt Hosp. in Nashville, Tn to repair his back and 4 days later he was walking! In 6 weeks he was in the studio with a back brace on and recording a demo. Below is a link to Stephens song "When a Hero Falls".

Stephen is now back from his tour in Afghanistan playing for the troops there. We are all thankful that God watched over him and protected him while he was away bringing some joy and hopefully peace to all of our fighting men and women over seas.
